Choose one of these science-focused programs for your field trip:
Immerse students in the woods to learn the symbols of our state! We cover the Armadillo (Mammal), Mockingbird (Bird), Pecan (Tree), Bluebonnet (Flower), Monarch (Insect), and Turtle (Reptile).
Ornithology from a Naturalist's viewpoint. Learn characteristics, migration flyways, bird calls, and how beaks are designed for specific diets.
Best during warmer months. Look at wildlife that lives around water (amphibians, fish, insects) and engage in fun water cycle activities. (Kayaking/Canoeing available as an add-on).
Choose a specific habitat (Pond, Tundra, Prairies, Mountains, or Caves). We teach about that ecosystem using journaling, games, and crafts!
