Giving to Camp Tonkawa

It’s Never Easy to ask for help…

But as a nonprofit with expenses, sometimes that’s what you have to do. Horses need to be fed. Buildings need to be maintained. And the simple fact is that without the generous support of visitors, guests, and the community, it would be very, very hard to keep Camp Tonkawa open. So please consider making a fully tax-deductible gift to Camp Tonkawa, mail in your check or use Venmo, just search Camp Tonkawa.

Camp Tonkawa is a 501c3 non-profit organization, and we welcome business donations and sponsorships to help keep our camp running and to support particular programs.

Thanks to the companies who have donated to Camp Tonkawa throughout the years. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Donate to Camp Tonkawa

Camp Tonkawa summer camps are the most popular programs offered each year. From Memorial Day through the Fourth of July, campers ages 5–18 participate in outdoor adventures that combine learning, exploration, and fun.

Children attending summer camps can participate in activities such as:

  • Archery
  • Wilderness survival skills
  • Horsemanship experiences
  • Fishing and creek exploration
  • Outdoor cooking
  • Nature hikes and environmental learning
  • Team-building challenges

Parents often contact Camp Tonkawa early in the year to reserve spots for their children before sessions fill up.

Our team is always happy to answer questions and help families determine which camp programs are the best fit for their child’s interests and age group.
