Time: Saturday 9:30am – Sunday 12:00 noon
Adults: $65
Youth (with adult): $55

day camp option:

Date: April 11, 2026
Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Cost: $40 per person

*Day campers must bring their own lunch!

saturday daytime topics:

How to plan and plant a vegetable garden
What grows best in our area of Texas
Seed Information: Viability, heirloom, organic, hybrid
Why and how to stay strictly organic
Soil: The foundation for gardening
Composting: How, what, when, and why
Water conservation & Vermiculture
Use of gardening tools (care & maintenance)

sunday topics:

Fruit tree planting, pruning, and harvesting
Raising Chickens for eggs and meat

Harvest Meals & The Fruit Salad Share

SATURDAY EVENING (WEEKEND CAMPERS)

We will cook healthy meals with our harvest! Cooking dinner together Saturday night will be provided and used as a teaching time to learn an overview of "You are what you eat."

SUNDAY LUNCH: THE FRUIT SALAD SHARE!

There will be a sharing Fruit Salad as part of Sunday lunch. Everyone must bring ONE fresh fruit serving and be prepared to tell the group where it was grown!

Girl Scouts & Family Projects

GIRL SCOUTS: SOW WHAT JOURNEY

Discount Cost: $50 per scout.

Girl Scouts coming to earn their "It's Your Planet - Love It" Journey will need to do a Take Action project Sunday after lunch to complete the requirements for this rank. We will help you with every step to get this accomplished!

FAMILY RATE DISCOUNT

We will honor the $50 Scout rate to families who want to stick around and do a project with us (such as plant a tree)! Talk to us for details when you register.
